The problem

You know who your customers are. Reaching them is the bottleneck.

Nearly every business we work with has the same gap. You know precisely who your best customer looks like. What you do not have is the time, or the team, to find them, reach them properly, and stay on top of every conversation while running everything else.

£80,000
the true first year cost of one experienced salesperson, once salary, commission, employer national insurance, pension, recruitment fees and tools are counted

Every week
deals stall quietly because nobody has the time to chase them
Our approach

Three stages. You only appear for the last one.

We run the full cycle, not just the introduction. Most agencies stop once a meeting is booked. That is the point where the work actually begins.

STAGE ONE

Find

We build a considered list of the exact decision makers who match your ideal customer, then look for who has a genuine reason to buy right now. Recent funding, new leadership, expansion, a live project. Timing is most of the work.

STAGE TWO

Open

We approach each one personally, in your name, around their specific situation. No templates with a name swapped in. We handle every reply, qualify properly, and place the meeting in your diary with the context you need.

STAGE THREE

Close

We help structure the deal, keep it moving, and follow up until it lands. You retain control of pricing and the final decision. We do the chasing, the coordination and the persistence that closes business.

Engagement

Every engagement is built around your business.

We do not publish fixed prices, because a business closing five thousand pound contracts and one closing five hundred thousand pound contracts should not be working to the same arrangement. Two things are agreed before we begin.

Component one

A monthly fee

A fixed retainer covering the work itself. Research, list building, outreach, qualification and management of your pipeline. Agreed in advance, invoiced monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. No lock in, no notice period beyond thirty days.

Component two

A share of what closes

A commission on the revenue we help bring in. It aligns us entirely with your outcome. We are not paid to look busy or to report on activity. Our upside arrives when yours does, which is exactly how it should be.

The balance between the two is yours to set. A lower monthly fee with a larger share of what closes, or the reverse if you would rather keep more of the upside. We will tell you honestly which structure suits your margins and deal sizes, then put it in writing before any work starts.

The comparison

ATAS or a sales hire.

We are biased, of course. Here are the considerations so you can weigh it yourself.

Questions

What clients ask first.

Both. Securing the meeting is the beginning, not the finish. We help structure the deal, chase the follow ups and keep it moving until it lands. You retain control of pricing and the final decision, we do the work around it. This is the part most agencies leave to you.

Because the right arrangement depends on your deal size, your margins and how much of the cycle you want us to own. Publishing a single number would mean overcharging some businesses and underserving others. We agree the fee and the commission with you before any work begins, and it goes in writing.

A booked conversation with a decision maker who matches the profile we agreed with you, understands why the meeting is happening, and has a genuine problem you can solve. If someone turns out to be a poor fit, we do not count it.

Typically two to three weeks to the first conversations. The opening period goes on defining your ideal customer precisely, building the list, and preparing the sending infrastructure properly. Rushing that stage is why most outbound fails.

No, and this is the part we care about most. Every message is written for one person, around what that company is actually dealing with. You approve the tone before anything is sent in your name.

No. Thirty days notice, ending at the close of any paid month. Your first month is also guaranteed, so if you are not satisfied with what we deliver in that period we refund it in full. We would rather earn the relationship than tie you into one.

Honestly, if you sell to consumers, or your average contract is under about a thousand pounds a year, this model will not pay for itself and we will say so on the first call rather than take your money.

Let us go and get your next customers.

Tell us who your ideal customer is and we will show you exactly how we would approach them for your business, at no cost and with no obligation.
